Product Material

Made of high-quality rigid PVC resin as the main raw material, mixed with environmentally friendly stabilizers, colorants and processing additives. The material features uniform texture, high density and stable physical properties. It is non-toxic, odorless, waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-mold, not easy to crack, deform or fade.

Production process

Raw Material Mixing

High-quality PVC resin, stabilizers, pigments and other additives are weighed and fully blended in a mixer to form uniform compound materials.

Extrusion Molding

The mixed materials are fed into an extruder, heated and melted, then extruded into continuous panel profiles through a customized die.

Cooling & Shaping

The hot semi-finished panels go through a cooling water tank to fix shape, ensuring flatness and dimensional stability.

Surface Treatment

Patterns, wood grain or solid colors are printed or laminated on the panel surface for decorative effects.

Cutting & Trimming

Panels are cut to standard lengths, and
