With rigorous internal production and management standards, we operate as a leading PVC manufacturer with well-established in-house production facilities - holding ISO 9001 certification, boasting a total production area of over 50,000 ㎡, and with a track record of stable, high-quality production for more than 20 years. Our supply chain hub is strategically located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, efficient global shipping and logistics coordination. As a trusted global supplier, we serve 50+ countries across the EU, US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with an annual supply capacity of 1,800,000+ ㎡.
2. Production & Quality Control
We supervise everything, from raw material sourcing to final delivery, with consistent quality in international standards:
Raw material sourcing-or-inspection:
Our 100% SGS-compliant virgin PVC resin is sourced from fixed trusted suppliers. QC team conducts post-production standards for formaldehyde emission, durability and environmental compliance.
Production oversight:
We supervise mixing, extrusion, and embossing tasks (always continuous thickness (within the 0.1mm range) and pattern quality.
3-Step Quality Tests:
In-line sampling, factory self-inspection, final inspection ( waterproof, fire tolerant, impact resistance). 100% of the tested products are pre-packaged.
Packaging & Logistics:
We import and trade with export-standard packaging (moisture proof film/PE film + carton + pallet) and assist reliable logistics providers in delivering FOB/CIF/DDP.
3. Capacity & Delivery: Reliable Fulfillment for Your Orders
Our cooperative production bases are equipped with 8+ automatic production lines, featuring mature PVC manufacturing experience. The monthly supply capacity covers: 70,000+ ㎡ PVC ceiling, 30,000+ ㎡ wall panel, and 20,000+ ㎡ floor-supporting both bulk orders and small-batch trial orders (flexible MOQ for long-term partners).
To avoid color differences between batches, we adopt a "made-to-order" production model:
- 20GP: Lead time 18-20 days
- 40HQ: Lead time 25-30 days
After ordering, we will provide production information and your account manager will continuously report production, inspection, and shipments.Our industrial chain and long-term stable cooperation with raw material suppliers, to minimize the impact of the market price and minimize the risk of supply disruption, and provide more predictable order schedules.
