Installation of PVC Mirror Panel
Wall preparation: Clean the wall, make sure it is clean, dry and relatively flat. If the wall is flat and solid, PVC panels can be installed directly onto existing tiles or plasterboard.
Measuring and cutting: Measure the height of the wall and cut the panels to the required size using a fine-toothed saw or hobby knife.
Apply Ad hesive : Apply panel-specific adhesive to the back of the first panel in a zigzag pattern.
Install panels: Press the first panel into place, starting at the corners and using a level to ensure it is perfectly plumb.
Interlocking Panels: Apply adhesive to subsequent panels and slide the grooves of the new panels into the tongue and groove of the previously installed panels to ensure a tight fit, repeating this step until the entire wall is installed.
Finishing touches: Install trim at corners, edges, and along ceilings and floors to create a clean finish, and seal joints in wet areas with silicone sealant.
