Base Material: Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam, often with a density of (16text{gl}) - (20 text{gl}).
Exterior Coating (for exterior EPS): High-end EPS cornices are coated with a reinforced cementitious shell to provide a hard, protective, and weather-resistant surface over the foam core.
Finish: The material is usually white, but it is porous and designed to be painted with water-based (dispersion) paints, allowing for customization.
