Extrusion

Calendering & Shaping (The Die)
Process: The molten PVC is forced through a specially designed die. Cooling and Sizing
Process: The hot, soft profile exiting the die immediately enters a calibration and cooling unit.

Process: While the panel is still slightly warm, it may pass through embossing rollers or a printing unit.

Haul-Off and Cutting

The haul-off unit, typically with caterpillar tracks, grips the panel and pulls it at a constant speed synchronized with the extruder output. This ensures a smooth, continuous process. An automatic saw cuts the continuous panel into pre-set market lengths.

Inspection and Packaging

Approved panels are stacked, bundled, and wrapped in protective plastic film (usually in bundles of 10 or 20 pieces) for storage and shipment.
