WPC Solid Board Product Advantages

WPC Solid Board Install
1. Base Preparation: Ensure joist spacing is ≤ 40 cm and incorporate a drainage slope of 0.5%–1%.
2. Pre-drilling: Secure the boards using specialized stainless steel clips; direct surface nailing is prohibited (as it may cause bulging).
3. Expansion Gaps: Leave a 6–8 mm expansion gap between boards, and a 1–1.5 cm gap between board ends and adjacent walls to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction.
4. Hardware Selection: Use only 304-grade stainless steel screws and clips to prevent rust contamination on the board surface.
5. Cutting Protection: Use a carbide-tipped saw blade for cutting; apply paraffin wax or a sealant to the cut edges to prevent moisture absorption.
6. Cleaning Guidelines: Clean the surface immediately after installation. Do not use strong acids, strong alkalis, or metal brushes; a soft cloth and clean water are sufficient.
