Installation Guide for Fluted PVC Panels:
1. Preparation
Tools: Tape measure, level, utility knife, rubber mallet, drill, sandpaper.
Materials: Panels, adhesive (nail glue), PVC screws, corner trims.
Check: Ensure wall is flat, dry and clean. Keep panels in environment for 24h to acclimate.
2. Installation Steps
Marking: Draw horizontal/vertical lines for alignment.
Back Gluing: Apply adhesive evenly on the panel's back (avoid grooves).
First Panel: Press firmly against the wall and secure temporarily.
Joining: Fit subsequent panels together, keep flutes aligned. Fill seams with glue if needed.
Trims: Install corner trims for neat edges.
