About Packaging and Shipping
Our composite decking is packed in secure bundles on wooden pallets and shipped mainly by sea in containers. The packaging protects against physical damage and moisture during transit.
Installation Guide:
1. Leave expansion gap – Keep 3-5mm between joist and building.
2. Pre-drill joists – Drill holes before inserting expansion screws.
3. Set joist spacing – Place joists 25-30cm apart.
4. Set screw spacing – Keep screws 400-500mm apart. Ensure drainage.
5. Attach starter clips – Fix clips along one side of joists.
6. Lay first board – Insert board into starter clips.
7. Add remaining boards – Insert clips into board, screw loosely, add next board, repeat.
8. Tighten & finish – Fully tighten all clips and screws. Install corner edging.
