First-generation WPC decking is the original wood-plastic composite outdoor flooring without an extra co-extruded protective layer. It is made of wood powder and plastic mixed directly, with natural wood-grain texture and basic waterproof performance.
It is cost-effective and widely used for ordinary outdoor projects. However, compared with second-generation co-extruded decking, it has weaker UV resistance, easier color fading, and is more prone to stains and scratches. Its service life is about 20–25 years. Simple maintenance is required for long-term outdoor use.

About Packaging and Shipping
Garden Decking is usually packing 4 pcs into a Carton ,and cartons on wooden pallets and shipped by sea in containers. The packaging will be kindly protect the material from physical damage and moisture during transit
Prepare a level ground, install aluminum or plastic joists with 30–40cm spacing.
· Lay the decking boards along the joists, keep 5–8mm expansion gap between boards.
· Fix boards with hidden clips for neat and safe installation.
· Cut boards to required length with proper tools.
· Clean the surface and finish the edge trim.

Q: How durable is First Generation?
A: WPC Balcony Decking is highly durable and resistant to rot, decay, and insects. It can withstand harsh weather conditions, UV rays, and heavy foot traffic without warping, splintering, or fading.
Q: The density and the strength of the decking?
A: The density of our wpc decking is 1.3%-1.4%(1300-1400kgs/cbm). The strength of the hollow one is about 320kgs (That's to say, based on the space between the keels of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 320kgs.) and the strength of the solid one is 400kgs-500kgs.(That's to say, based on the space between the keels of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 400kgs-500kgs.)
Q: How to assure the quality?
A: During the manufacturing process, our QC will check the size, color, surface, the quality, then they will get a piece of sample to do a mechanical property test. The quality will also be checked after treatment.
Q: Do WPC DECKING products easy to fade?
A: Wood plastic composite material performs well in weather resistance and UV resistance, but prolonged exposure will inevitably affect its color. Among wood-plastic composite decking, co-extruded composite decking is the best in terms of fade resistance.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Usually 10-15 days after receiving a 30% deposit for one 20ft container (nearly 850 square meters goods), this time can be reduced to 7 days if the order is regular, so that we could arrange the product works in advance.
Q: How about Payment term?
A: TT 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against the B/L copy,L/C at sight.Any other payment methods, please kindly remind in advance, it can be negotiated.
