Care & Usage Guidelines

Shield the Surface – Place protective pads or furniture coasters under legs to avoid scratches and dents.

Lift, Don't Drag – When relocating heavy objects, always lift them. Never roll or slide items across the PVC surface.

Control Heat Exposure – Do not set hot items like grills or fire pits directly on PVC decking; extreme heat may cause warping or fading. Always use a heat-resistant mat underneath.

Installation Guide:

1. Prepare the ground & install expansion pipes – Ensure the ground is clean and flat. Drill holes with an impact drill, then insert expansion pipes tightly without exposing them.

2. Fix the joists – Lay joists along the center line of the expansion pipes. Drill corresponding holes in the joists and secure screws into the expansion pipes.

3. Install the first decking board – Place the first board perpendicular to the joists. Fasten it directly with screws (not clips) from the outside. This board serves as the alignment reference.

4. Install clips and subsequent boards – Position clips and screws correctly, then screw them in. Insert the second decking board into the clips and repeat the process for additional boards.

5. Set proper joist spacing – Use two joists at each joint. Leave a 3cm gap between joists to allow for temperature-related expansion and prevent deformation.

6. Secure the last board & finish – Fasten the outer sides of the final board the same way as the first board. Remove end covers or decorative covers as needed to complete the installation.
