Second, the installation system has a specialized waterproof structure: the panels use tongue-and-groove joints or concealed fasteners, with pre-installed drainage channels and expansion joints; at window edges, corners, and other joints, special waterproof strips or sealant are used to create a "rain curtain" drainage path, rather than relying solely on adhesive to block water. For extremely harsh environments (such as equatorial regions), we can also provide higher-grade surface coatings, extending the color retention period to up to 20 years. Of course, any material will experience slight color changes under long-term direct sunlight, but our products control these changes within the highest industry standards.

Q: Sea breezes contain high levels of salt and corrosive gases. Will your wall panels corrode? What about the metal fasteners?

A: This is precisely the core advantage of our products. The wall panels themselves have extremely strong resistance to salt spray corrosion: for example, the plastic matrix of WPC material (HDPE or PVC) is resistant to acids, alkalis, and salts, while the fiber cement board isolates salt through a dense formula and weather-resistant coating. We have conducted neutral salt spray tests (≥1000 hours), and the surface showed no blistering or peeling.
For fasteners, we uniformly use stainless steel 304 or 316 grade screws, and we add nylon washers or apply anti-rust paste during installation to prevent electrochemical corrosion.
