Wood Plastic Composite Panel Installation
Step 1: Install the joists onto the concrete floor, ensuring that the spacing between any two adjacent joists does not exceed 35 cm. When laying the decking, utilize a double-joist configuration, maintaining a gap of at least 5 mm between the two joists.
Step 2: Install the first row of decking boards. Ensure a minimum gap of 5 mm for all side-to-side spacing between boards, end-to-end spacing between boards, and spacing around any obstructions.
Step 3: After pre-drilling the joists, install the fasteners. First, secure a fastener into the side groove of a board; then, slide the next board onto the fastener. Repeat this process until the installation is complete.
Step 4: Align the edge trim with the edge of the decking and fasten it securely using vertical screws.
